Larissa is one of our “Relationship Managers” and lead advisor for many of the families we work with. She’s passionate about helping clients achieve even their most ambitious goals, which can only be done by being privy to the full picture. With a background in financial planning, she often plays the role of navigator– keeping clients and their financial decisions on track and consistent with their life goals.
Born and raised in Port Coquitlam, BC, Larissa got her start in financial services as a teller at a small credit union while completing her Bachelor of Administration degree. Upon graduating, she joined a family office advisory team where she not only gained experience in the world of insurance and investments, but about the intricacies involved in working with high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial families. In 2016, Larissa made the decision to leave her mainland roots and move to Victoria, joining Chris Raper & Associates. In addition to being fully licensed as a Registered Representative, Larissa has held the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation since 2016.
In her spare time, Larissa serves on the steering committee for the Victoria chapter of Women in Capital Markets. She can be found most mornings at the gym before the sun comes up, but also enjoys the less strenuous nature of golf and slo-pitch. In the spirit of self-improvement, Larissa is also committed to increasing her wine palate, having completed the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 Award in Wines.
The most widely recognized financial planning designation in Canada and worldwide, the Certified Financial Planner® designation provides assurance to Canadians that the design of their financial future rests with a professional who will put their clients’ interests ahead of their own.
